A: Please see our pricing page. We offer some of the lowest prices available on the internet with prices starting at just £25 semi-exclusive and Standard £35 for exclusive leads. You can be sure of the quality, because we use them ourselves. You specify your criteria, and there is never any additional charges. 

Q. How many leads can you supply?

A: We supply a minimum order of 10 leads per month and larger orders increasing in batches of 5 up to 100pm.  We cannot guarantee the exact quantity of specific filters, as the more criteria you place on the leads the more restrictions New Leads Finder have to meet your demand. We advise you to be as flexible as possible with your filters. 

Q. Do you deliver leads daily?

A: We deliver our leads according to your schedule. Monday through Sunday, depending on how many you can handle each month, New Leads Finder then spread your delivery over a four-week period. Delivery time can be at all times of the day or night, so text alert is essential. Mortgage leads are delivered daily and no more that 12 hrs hours old. This is important, as to maximise the opportunity you need to contact the client within 24hrs.

Q. How exclusive are your semi-exclusive leads?

A: Our semi-exclusive mortgage leads are delivered to up to 3 other brokers. However, often you are still the only broker that the lead is sold to. These low cost leads prove to be very popular.

Q. What filters can we set on the leads that we purchase?

A: Filters currently available include: Minimum Loan Amount, limited postcode areas, Loan Purpose and Credit Rate.

Q. How are your mortgage leads delivered?

A: New Leads Finder deliver our mortgage leads via email daily in either Adobe Acrobat (.PDF) format Excel or in a MS Word form, Your choice.

Q. What is your return policy or Guarantee?

A: Our goal is your complete satisfaction and that you close more loans than ever before. If you have made contact with the client within 24hrs of receipt of your lead and any of the following reasons apply, New Leads Finder will with out question replace your leads. Reasons to return leads for credit include: Wrong telephone numbers, bogus/fake application, already in process. In some circumstances we will check that contact was made within 24hrs and confirm the reason for exchange. Any abuse of this return policy, could result in the termination of the agreement. Q. What are the payment options?

 A: We offer options to meet your business, by Cheque, by credit card or by direct debit and online payment system. Irregular orders are in advance. By agreement regular orders can move to 50/50 options. Call us to find out more. 

Q. How can I view my account and update my lead criteria?

A: New Leads Finder have developed a secure online management system, which will allow administrators to view all current and passed leads online, it will also allow further orders, change to criteria and online payments to be made.
