supply? A: We supply a minimum order of 10 leads per month and larger orders increasing in batches of 5 up to 100pm. We advise you to be as flexible as possible with your filters. Q. Do you deliver leads daily? A: We deliver our leads according to your schedule. delivered? A: New Leads Finder deliver our mortgage leads via email daily in either Adobe Acrobat (.PDF) format Excel or in a MS Word form, Your choice. Q. What is your return policy
or Guarantee? A: Our goal is your complete satisfaction and that you close more loans than ever before. If you have made contact with the client within 24hrs of receipt of your lead and any of the following reasons apply, New Leads Finder will with out question replace your leads. Reasons to return leads for credit include: Wrong telephone numbers, bogus/fake application, already in process. In some circumstances we will check that contact was made within 24hrs and confirm the reason for exchange. Any abuse of this return policy, could result in the termination of the agreement. are the payment options? A: We offer options to meet your business, by Cheque, by credit card or by direct debit and online payment system. Irregular orders are in advance. A: New Leads Finder have developed a secure online management system, which will allow administrators to view all current and passed leads online, it will also allow further orders, change to criteria and online payments to be made.
